Chef-kok en eigenaar Bas Dierick, voormalig hoofd van de &#8220;Cadzandria&#8221;, heeft ondertussen zijn dochter Anouschka in het familiale cateringteam opgenomen, die verantwoordelijk is voor de service in de &#8220;Bistro Beaufort&#8221;. En dit uitzicht kunt u genieten vanaf de 40-zitsbank en het terras met windschermen en tafelvuur voor de kamer, dat even stijlvol als gezellig is. Het restaurant met bar en open keuken erachter biedt een modern zwart-wit interieur met grote zwart-wit portretten en diamantpatronen, de eettafel is vintage-stijl gemaakt van donker hout met een ijzeren frame.<\/p>\n<h2>Bistro &#8220;Beaufort&#8217; Cadzand-Bad: smaakvolger van de &#8216;Cadzandria&#8217;.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het menu en de drankenkaart biedt een selectie van kleine delicatessen en beproefde gerechten naar ieders smaak, evenals een 2 of 3-gangen lunchmenu (12 &#8211; 15 uur) en een driegangen &#8220;Beaufort&#8221; menu. Als voorgerecht of snack, een half dozijn &#8220;Fines de Normandie&#8221; oesters (18 \u20ac), gerookte zalm met mierikswortelroom en kruidensalade (16 \u20ac), garnalenkroketten (16 \u20ac) of gebakken scampi&#8217;s in knoflook (18 \u20ac) &#8211; ook geserveerd als hoofdgerecht (28 \u20ac).
